Dayturn 1.3.7 has been tested for compatibility with the Windows 10 May 2019 update, and it seems to be working without a hitch. Of course with all such upgrades YMMV.
The only issue encountered, and this is not only happening to this update, is that you will get a message telling you usernames and passwords can't be filled.

Unfortunately, for now, the only remedy is to re-enter username and password for each grid you want to log in to.
They should be saved for the next time you want to log in – at least till there is a new major system update, or a permanent solution to the issue has been developed.
