Multiple account login Fail

I can log in with a single account on a single grid, but attempts to log in with a separate account on that grid or on a different grid fail with a password error. I know the password is correct, because I tested it with Firestorm and pasted and typed but nothing works. I can log in with the single original account on this grid (Zetaworlds) but trying a second account fails every time.

I think I may have figured this out: there's a limit in the number of characters I can use in the password.

Yes, there is the official SL 15 character password limit.
