RLV Dayturn 1.8.8 (202107181032)

Dayturn RLV 1.8.8 for Windows is a maintenance release with the following noteworthy additions:

• Multiple render updates that should make your (WindLight) sky and point lights look even better
• SL-15488 FIXED Files ending in .DAE handle differently than files ending in .dae
• SL-12775 Run at high performance AMD gpu
• SL-13433 Viewer should recognizes ipv6 links

There are the following additions for RLV from upstream Marine Kelly RLV viewer and Kokua (largely untested, so let me know if it does not work or cause unintended issues):

• Issue 141 - reinstate long-lost suppression of received group IMs by @recvim
• Fix : receving a "#RLV/~" folder no longer created the folder under RLV, even with RestrainedLoveForbidGiveToRLV set to FALSE
• Add @recvim:<group_name>=add to add an exception to the @recvim restriction, only for the specified group. Add @recvim:allgroups=add to add an exception to the @recvim restriction for every group.
  
  Add @recvimfrom:<group_name>=n to prevent from receiving IMs from that group.
  Add @recvimfrom:allgroups=n to prevent from receivign IMs from any group.

There are in addition bug fixes, optimizations and additions that will be needed for future versions.
