Unzip the file which has a bin folder in it.
In the Finder you should be able to drag the bin folder from the zip into the same location as the bin of your OpenSim installation and the Finder should offer to merge the two.
If not proceed to do a manual replacement of the singed libraries into the same folder location as your original bin.
