If you are on Kitely, the viewer does not work properly there, and I have given up to find out why, because it basically works everywhere else tested.

It would happen on Kitley if are wearing a mesh avatar or items, otherwise the avatar should clear up.

Doing of bit of net research some user stated create a new outfit, wear it then wear back the original outfit should solve, yet gotta see and try... what it does is some reset workaround to database....will look into it..

Just discovered by just selecting edit outfit it all re-appears, after that just exit edit outfit..
 
OK, but are there missing items in your outfit (not being worn despite being included in the outfit), or is it a matter of textures missing? If that is the case a rebake textures would usually clear up the cloud.

Also, wearing another outfit, and then going back to the one being clouded can clear it up. Clearing the cache can also fix it on relog, but if this is a new installation that is less likely.

On Kitely, after setting the texture loading to not use http, a relog combined with rebake textures is necessary to render the avatar.
