Resolved Full urls for grid manager

Some viewers display the whole set of urls defined for the grid such as the helper uri and password reset etc, could this be added to the grid manager at some point?
Not a high priority, just helps to debug those things when setting them up

Yes, there should be an additional screen when double clicking an address opening up a full form.

The grid manager will display full URLs for a grid when a grid is selected in the grid manager. Available in Windows versions 1.6.2 and macOS version 2.4.3
