Resolved Several Crash on the TP

What versions of OpenSim do you TP between? (as OSgrid regions can have many different versions depending on the region owner, including versions that don't particularly support bakes on mesh)

Ok it's not easy with Osgrid 
I have their last version on my region(on PC) . (http://danbanner.onikenkon.com/osgrid/osgrid-opensim-12182019.v0.9.1.066a6fb.zip)
It's a also a random problem between their welcome region LBSA or Sandbox Plaza
(same version) to other regions (other versions) or HG
I have also this problem on this grid (http://virtualdream-grid.com/ use OpenSim 0.9.1.0 Snail Release (Win/.NET)
No problem with Firestorm
I clear always the cache.
I'have Windows 10 1903

Not sure why you always clear the cache? It makes both the viewer and region work harder, so there is no reason to do this unless something has gone horribly wrong.
Question, since you are in France, do you run the viewer on a French language version of Windows, and/or run the viewer with French localization (which I am sure is terrible).

I run the viewer on a French language (beta) It's no good for the begining on opensim The viewer is in 50% French and 50% English

I'll have to work at the French localization – I can see that, but there should be translated strings in the SL viewer for a lot of the missing ones. My own knowledge for French is only casual, but I shall see where it takes me.

Note : We never understand why Firestorm blocked the french (and only the french) on 2 files (panel_preferences_general.xml and and setting.xml) We need only to modify this 2 files and it's ok.

I have added the menu_viewer_dayturn.xml localization file to the French localization and am in the process of translating it. That should take care of the main menus, but there are also multiple panels and floaters that need translation and adjustments too – I did the same for German this fall.
Once I have a new build we can see what still might be missing, and not the least fix poor language where you can be of great help.

I have uploaded a preliminary build of the RLV version with French localization for the login screen and menu, in addition to all the main menu items (with perhaps 1 or 2 exceptions).
If you have the inclination, please check it out and let me know if there are any glaring misspellings or things that don't make sense in your language.

Another preliminary RLV build with more complete French localization of the viewer menu, including the RLV and Radar sections. The German localization has also received the same update in this build.
In addition there are RLV fixes applied, that might - and I stress might alleviate the animesh issue you reported in the other thread.

One thing I recently found is the older 0.8.2.1 grids do not properly handle case comparison on the login url for the grid. For example, the grid get_grid_info is set to www.OutWorldz.com:9000 but the grid is actually www.outworldz.om:9000, all lower case. This is easy to do by changing the Grid URL in Opensim. You crashed shortly after arrival when a notecard was sent. The old 0.8.2.1 code spit out an error message in the script error box that the dns name could not be resolved. That was how it was finally traced to the DNSlookup in 0.8.2.1, which cannot be fixed. VIewers should always send DNS names as lower case, but accept any case back.
