What are the shortcut keys for open conversation local chat and shut down X without clicking mouse button everytime and also tabs for each IMs, etc. Didn't have those shortcut keys in help.

You see them all on the menus. Just select a menu, click the mouse and not let go and you will see the shortcut outside each menu item.
