Dayturn SL preview for macOS Build 50994

This build is basically an update of the copyright year information in addition to a handful of bug fixes and minor adjustments of current functionality. Some libraries have been updated, as has the certificates. The installer DMG also got a bit of a shine.

Progress is being made on the OpenSim version in parallel with this development version

The viewer provided as is. It is both signed and notarized with my Apple Developer ID.

NOTE: If you have the Opensim version of Dayturn installed, you should not install this version, as it will reset your viewer graphics settings and not work in Opensim at all at this current time.
The changes to make the Windows version build with Visual Studio 2022 (was 2017 previous) is incorporated in this build, in addition to getting a major update to the openjpeg library handling textures from version 1.5.2 to version 2.5.0. Some other libraries have been updated, as has the certificates.

There are a handfull of other updates and bug fixes from current LL Viewers but no major additions like the inventory preview introduced in the latest LL viewer.
This build is also notarized using Apple's new notarization process.

The version number has been incremented to version 3.0.1 with this build to mark it has been recompiled for C++17 (was C++14). In addition the minimum system requirement for the viewer was been increased to macOS 10.15 (Catalina)

The build in web browser has had a bit of an update which eliminates over 320 vulnerabilities and zero day attack vectors that existed in the previous version. The viewer certificates has also been refreshed.

There are also a handful of smaller improvements from recent LL viewer versions, plus a number of bug fixes.

This build updates the FMOD audio driver to version 2.02.17. The SL viewer ability to use VLC for parcel audio is not taken, and probably won't for now.

In addition there are updates for how the agent name display behaves and updates.

This build adds bug fixes from the latest version 6.6.11 and 6.6.12 Second Life Viewer in addition to a and update to the rotation gyzmo that had a huge dead zone, making it a lot easier to rotate an object while building or handling it.

There is also an update to how the name of the viewer presents itself to the grid, in addition to better identification in the viewer log file.
