Dayturn SL preview for macOS

Dayturn SL preview for macOS Build 50994

This build is primarily code cleanup and removal of some functionality that does not translate well for Opensim use or can be used as a griefing vector.

This build has support for joint aliases animations uploads and has some bug fixes for the Meshoptimizer applied.

The FMODStudio audio drivers have been updated to version 02.02.07

The viewer is provided as is. It is both signed and notarized with my Apple Developer ID.

NOTE: If you have the Opensim version of Dayturn installed, you should not install this version, as it will reset your viewer graphics settings and not work in Opensim at all at this current time.
This build mops up a couple bug fixes to the previous published build in addition to disable/remove some no longer supported features.

Apart from that there are no big upheavals!

Highlight for this build is the old system for generating rating LODs (GLOD) when uploading mesh has been replaced by a more updated and sophisticated system; meshoptimizer as released by the latest SecondLife 6.6.0.571939 performance viewer.

NOTE: Because this viewer is not built with the Havok physics library, like the SecondLife viewer, it has limited functionality for generating physics for a mesh. Unless you have made your own physics model, it is recommended you use the SecondLife viewer for uploading your meshes to SecondLife.

In addition there are rendering optimizations from the performance viewer in this build that should give you a frame or two extra performance.

Highlight for this build is the Enable VSync toggle that can be set from the Preferences->Graphics->Hardware tab.

Turning on VSync (default) will limit frame rate to the frequency your monitor updates. For the majority of monitors that is 60 Hz. The feature is from the upcoming SecondLife Viewer performance update.

Otherwise there are additional optimizations and some functionality tweaks.

The only change in this version is to give the macOS version a little bit more breathing room for handling textures. Depending on what graphics card is installed in your Mac, the limit for graphics memory (VRAM) has been increased from a fixed 512MB, up to 1024GB.

The Texture Memory slider in Preferences->Graphics->Hardware will still be set to 512 as default, but you can drag it higher.

Note that a portion of the VRAM is set aside for storing other elements such as meshes, sounds etc. Even if the viewer VRAM is set to 1024 MB, you will not be able to use more than 768 MB of this for textures.

Users with NVIDIA cards (not many of those are supported by the viewer) will still be at 512 MB maximum.

The values are set conservative and will probably still frustrate Mac owners with 4GB or more graphics memory in their machines, but it is a 50-100% improvement from previous versions.

This build is yet another iteration of refining user experience and optimizing the code, including some changes to the renderer nudging the macOS version closer to run with OpenGL 3.2

This version has the MFA (multi factor authentication) code added that was released in Second life Viewer version 6.5.5.571282, and announced in the blog.

NOTE: The MFA functionality is untested, except the viewer logs in to Secondlife as expected with an account that does not have MFA activated.

More optimizations applied which should yield a frame or two better performance. Otherwise no functional updates since the last version.

Login screen is now localized to German, French and Spanish. Once logged in localization is patchy or missing so expect to see English text in between.

More optimizations applied, in addition to the changes from the SL 6.5.4 maintenance release (plus some not taken previously)
