Runnable OpenSim for the PI update 18-Nov-2019 2019-11-18

Posting another iteration of the OpenSim that will run on a Raspberry PI based on the xmiropensim source.

This version is basically an under the hood update where libraries have been replaced with libraries compiled for .NET 4.6. There are also updates to mono addins.
In addition there are updates to terraforming, a bug fix for a case where you could be sent to a region with a name like the one you wanted to log in to, and a small update to XEngine.
Max region size has been set to 4096m and max numbers of attachments to 38.

Now that OpenSim 0.9.1 is out you might want to run that by replacing libs with the ones I have provided compiled with ARM.

My (current version) lacks some of the 0.9.1 features, but it does not have any of the throttles that many have complained about reducing performance. I expect to add the majority of the missing 0.9.1 features this side of Christmas.

This is also the code that runs on a PI 4B/2Gb at HG address grid.xmir.org:8002:Dayturn
There is also a rezz zone there if you want to test.
