Uploading a copy of what I run on my PIs so you have a base to test if you can't make other downloads work.
In Opensim.ini you have to use ubODEMeshmerizer and ubODE for physics
I also get the best result if I set async_call_method = Thread and not use SmartThreadPool as is the default.
This version is built from the source of xmiropensim which is the code I run on the XMIR grid.
It is pretty close to the opensim 0.9.1 development branch, but one noticeable difference is there is no support for Animesh in this version (yet). It also does not have the very latest version of maptile generation.
It also does not have YEngine.
