Resolved Incredibly annoying issues

Firstly, no mesh is loading, and other nonmesh stuff isn't loading textures.
This space should instead look like this:


Second issue: the ctrl+alt mouse camming doesn' work, it just orbits about the avatar, making camming impossible.

Some basic information of what grid, location, version of the viewer you are running etc would be helpful.
