KokuaOS 4.8.3 - KokuaOS 4.8.3 Viewer for Windows with Bento skeleton support

Version 4.8.3 of KokuaOS updates the installer and uninstaller to actually uninstall all elements of the viewer from your system. In addition prompts and window titles for the installer and uninstaller use the correct name for the viewer.

Uninstalling the viewer will still leave chat files, logs and cookies used by the media viewer in the location
/Users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/KokuaOS
